Florin Road stays lively after dark in December. The markets and little restaurants between Stockton Boulevard and Power Inn Road keep their lights on late, and the streets behind them start glowing one porch at a time. If you’d like your house to join in without a weekend up a ladder, our Florin Christmas light installation crew can handle it. We come down Highway 99 from downtown Sacramento, and a quote costs you nothing. Call (916) 313-4551.
Shared walls and short rooflines
A lot of homes here are townhomes and attached houses, which means shared walls, shared driveways, and eaves that run right into the unit next door. We keep your lights on your side, end the run cleanly at the property line, and route cords so they never cross a neighbor’s walk. If an HOA is involved, tell us the rules and we’ll hang to them.
The outlet is usually the tricky bit. Townhomes often have exactly one outdoor plug, sometimes tucked behind a side gate or inside the garage. We’ll find it, figure out what else shares that circuit, and hook your lights to a little timer that flips them on at sundown and off before the late news.
Glen Elder and the blocks off Stockton Boulevard
Up on the north edge near Glen Elder, most houses have modest front yards, and small yards are great for stake lighting because a short row on each side of the walk looks sharp and balanced. We ask about sprinklers and drip line when you call, then spot the heads before anything goes in the dirt. The single-story houses along these blocks are simple to outline: we clip roofline lights to the gutter edge or the shingle tabs (no staples, no nails) and frame the garage, which on many of these homes faces the street and does half the work. Lindale Greens lights the same way: short walks, simple rooflines, and a garage front that carries the look.
South toward Gerber Road
Near Gerber Road, around Casa de Flores, plenty of houses come with a porch held up by a pair of posts. Posts get pillar wraps, top to bottom. Step railings get lit garland. A lit wreath on the front door ties it together, and a young crape myrtle by the walk takes a trunk wrap without a tall ladder.
In Florin Mobile Estates and the other manufactured-home parks, we keep things light. We use clips suited to the roof edge and trim so nothing gets bent or punctured, and we keep cords neat along the skirting. Park rules come first, so ask your office what’s allowed and we’ll plan around it.
Florin Christmas light installation for storefronts and strip centers
Florin started as a stop on the Central Pacific line, and it has been a town of small businesses ever since. Today a lot of them sit in strip centers along Florin Road, Stockton Boulevard and Power Inn Road. We outline the building face and windows, wrap the posts at the entry, and add garland and wreaths at the doors. Timers match your hours, so nobody has to remember at closing time. Our commercial Christmas lights page covers the business side in more detail.
Repairs, January, and the drive down 99
The strands are ours from the day they go up to the day they come down. If a section goes out, call (916) 313-4551 and a tech drives out to swap it. Come January, our crew comes back, unclips everything and hauls it off, so there’s nothing on your roof when the spring rain shows up. We’re regulars in Elk Grove and Vineyard just south and east of you, so we pass through Florin most days. To book, call (916) 313-4551 and tell us if it’s a townhome, a house or a storefront, or use the booking form on our contact page.
